ABOUT US

We understand that privacy matters

Seagrass Medical is a locally run medical group that recognized the need for increased privacy in navigating the Medical Marijuana markets. Our Physicians and nurses are committed to the overall health and wellness of our patients. We provide a "Concierge" service, where we meet with our patients in the privacy of their own homes and help direct the patient to the required steps mandated by the state of Florida on being issued their medical  marijuana card.   Our team will assist in any questions or concerns about which product or dosing would be appropriate for the individual as well as helping the individual complete all necessary paperwork. Once approved, the patient is now able to visit the dispensary and choose from various products that fit their needs.

A FEW BASIC STEPS...

Step 1  Make an Appointment

Call us at (850) 733-9541 to setup an appointment to meet with one of our Certified Physicians. All of our doctors have passed all Florida qualifications to provide medical marijuana recommendations.

Step 2  Get Qualified

When we arrive to your home, we will complete the required documents for admittance for your medical marijuana card of which includes your medical history and diagnosis. Patients must have a valid Florida ID/drivers license, or paperwork, to establish proof of residency in the state of Florida.

Step 3  Doctor Visit

If the Doctor determines you qualify for a written medical cannabis recommendation, you will be registered with the Office of Compassionate Use, and receive your State Medical Marijuana Patient number.

Step 4  State Registration and ID Card

We will help you fill out brief paperwork for your state photo ID card during our visit. You will then email the paperwork to the state of Florida Office of Compassionate Use. They will then email you within a few business days your patient ID number, once this number is received you will then be able to visit any dispensary in the state of Florida with a valid identification.
